Welcome to the Fifth Annual BBQ competition!
You and your fellow KCBS certified judges will once again help make this years’ event the best in the South! This is a certified KCBS event and only certified KCBS judges will be allowed to judge in the Professional categories. We hope that you will join us in celebrating BBQ in Louisiana style.

BACKYARD BOOGEY 2010 ENTRY FORM
You and your team must compete in all three categories to be considered for Grand Champion.
These are Sauce, Pork Ribs and Chicken.
You will be judged and awards are given out to the top ten winners in each category.
A Backyard Boogey “Grand Champion” will be crowned and invited to join the professionals in next year’s competition.

CHICKEN LITTLE 2010 ENTRY FORM
Welcome to the Fifth Annual BBQ competition!
You are the youngest participant in our contest.
We welcome all children ages 6-16 to sign up and BBQ with the best.
Space will be limited to 24 teams, so sign up early!
You will be judged just like the other teams and awards will be given for 1st Place thru 10th Place.
Come and find out who BBQ’s the best chicken in Southeast Louisiana.
An adult must accompany the participant at all times.
